Let me introduce myself...

My name is John Gough. I found the world of Tai Chi some years ago, as I was searching for a form of light enjoyable exercise that would help me improve my flexibility, balance and muscular strength. I found that in Tai Chi, and so much more, that I am now in a position to share my knowledge and experience with others.

I would like to invite you to join with me and my fellow participants as we share in the practice and study of the art of Tai Chi.

What is Tai Chi?

"Tai Chi originated in china and is based on nature and harmony. The flowing movements contain inner strength. Like a river with flowing water, beneath the surface, there is a current with immense power - the power for healing and wellness. Tai Chi is often referred to as "Moving Meditation"
